The Heart Behind the Calling

I'm always asked, "What's my why?" Why did I change my life? Why do I go so hard for God?

There are so many reasons why I’ve fully stepped into my purpose of coaching, writing, and speaking, fully embracing the plan God has for my life. One of the biggest reasons is my deep love and commitment to the Lord. I know His character, I know His heart, and I understand the significance of The One.

Scripture tells us that the Good Shepherd (Jesus) leaves the ninety-nine to find the one. I know this to be true because He pursued a relationship with me even when I wasn’t checking for Him. Now, as I take on His character and partner with Him, it is an honor to go after the one just as He does. Because I know how deeply God loves His children, I want to reflect that same love to others. I have experienced the freedom that can only be found in Jesus Christ, and I want to share that freedom with those who are searching. And when the one is found, I want to rejoice just as Heaven does.

Secondly, my children are a huge part of my why. I want to show them what it looks like to walk in full obedience and allow God to be Lord over their lives. I want to break generational curses and show them that life is about so much more than what culture tells and shows us. I want them to feel confident and comfortable partnering with God and dreaming big because we serve a BIG God who truly has the whole world in His hands.

Lastly, my family, friends, and the friends I will soon meet are apart of my why. Whether it's a coaching client, on social media, at the grocery store, or during a walk in the park. I want them to know they are loved, seen, chosen, and valued by God. There is so much joy, peace, and LIFE in Jesus, and who doesn’t need that? If being vulnerable, sharing God’s Word, telling my story, and being a reflection of Christ is what it takes to show them, I would do it over and over again.

This is my why. This is why I live on purpose, with purpose, for God's purpose.
